Sheep Leather?

We manufacture sheep leather with proper care under a certified and professional team. We have a specialized process for manufacturing sheep leather. We don't use chemical or machinery methods, we use mostly manual methods to manufacture sheep leather. 

Firstly, we get rough sheep wool in rough conditions by cutting it at different angles. Then, we do the leather cutting process, divide into pieces, and start cleaning. We remove extra skin and dust from sheep wool. After the cleaning process, we start the tanning process with roller machine and refine the leather. We do the drying process with advanced machines and after drying we used to do the refining. Refining is the most satisfying step in the whole process. In refining, we used to do a proper color scheme and texture selection. We used just the upper layer of sheep leather because it is stronger and of real quality instead of the lower layers. At Riders Armor, we use real leather in all our jackets, ensuring quality and long-lasting durability. We manufacture leather in a clean and safe environment making sure that leather is real and of high quality.
