Shipment Policy

Thank you for choosing RidersArmor for your racing apparel needs. We are dedicated to providing you with a smooth and efficient delivery process. Please read our shipment policy below for important details.

Processing Time

Once you place an order, please allow 3-6 days for manufacturing your product. After manufacturing, your order will be shipped within 5 working days. We know you want your gear quickly, and we strive to get it to you as fast as possible! You’ll see the availability of each item once you select a size or color on the product page. Most products will show as “In Stock – Requires 1-2 business days of lead time before shipment.” If you choose expedited shipping, please keep in mind that this does not change the initial lead time.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Expect your order to arrive within 5 working days after it has been shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Friday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Thursday, it will arrive on Monday of the following week.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This email will usually arrive within 24 hours of shipment. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Customs and Duties

If you are ordering from outside our main shipping area, please be aware that you may need to pay import duties or customs taxes upon receipt of your order. These charges are set by local authorities and are beyond our control.

Customs Clearance

Customs procedures can vary by country. Sometimes, clearance may take longer than expected, causing delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Order Issues

If a shipment is rejected due to customs fees or other issues, you will be responsible for any return fees incurred.

Order Cancellation

Once you place an order, it cannot be changed or canceled because it goes straight into our automated system. If you need to return an item, please contact our Customer Service Team after you receive your order. They will assist you with the return process. Thank you for your understanding!
